An exciting opportunity has come up for a passionate and enthusiastic car detailer to join our experienced team. Personal passion is the bread and butter of our company, seeing our customers gleaming with joy when they pick up their car is what drives us to keep going and developing!

Ideal candidates will have:
Paint Correction and Enhancement experience using Machine Polishers
Nano Ceramic Coating application experience (Wax and Sealant experience is suitable as we can add to this with in-house training)
Interior Detailing experience (including Steam Cleaning)
Outstanding Work Ethic – at this stage in your career, you will know that the work can be physically challenging and be ready to dig in!
Great Customer Service Skills – spoken communication, our work is premium quality from the second the customer makes first contact with us
Polite, Honest and Respectful Manner
Your responsibilities (not limited to):
Providing outstanding quality detailing services to customer vehicles (including but not limited to every day cars, classic cars and supercars):
Exterior Valeting (Safe Washing, Engine Bay Steam Cleaning)
Interior Detailing (including Steam Cleaning)
Machine Polishing (from Minor/Micro to Four-stage Paint Correction)
Nano Ceramic Coating to customer vehicles (Interior & Exterior, including Wheels-off)
Working as a team to progress and complete services where required. Working to deadlines, some overtime may be required/available and would be agreed in advance.
Be willing to learn and take on new knowledge/methods of working, motivated in personal development.
Providing a pleasant customer experience from when the customer gets in touch through to aftercare, this includes but is not limited to:
Educating our potential customers and customers about our services, the products and tools that we use to achieve the incredible quality finish on their vehicle;
Carrying out face-to-face consultations to evaluate the condition of their vehicle, provide recommendations and bespoke quotations for services based on this and customer needs;
Carrying out vehicle check-in with the customer, informing them of any imperfections not noted but identified when the vehicle is washed and decontaminated;
Providing a pleasant pick up experience and taking payments, going through the aftercare and Nano Ceramic Coating maintenance advice with the customer;
Dealing with customer queries at any stage of the customer experience.
Assisting with general housekeeping in the Detailing studio (cleaning up after yourself), such as topping up of products and materials, sweeping up, etc.
Salary: Will be agreed based on experience and skill set, with opportunities to take on more responsibilities and development in the future.
Working hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (flexible with hours) - self-employed to start with, moving into permanent position post probation period

Other: MUST have your own vehicle/transport due to site location, parking available.
